Policy status: inquiry retention is fixed at 365 days; automatic deletion procedures and overseas processing requirements are under final review.
1. Contact
Tell us about your existing website, the requested work and any desired schedule. A quick order request is only a quotation request.
2. Assessment and quotation
We inspect the relevant code, database and hosting access after discussing a secure handover method. Pricing depends on confirmed scope; VAT and external hosting costs are shown separately.
3. Delivery and care
Work follows an agreed scope, testing and acceptance. Monthly care is available as a separate contracted service.
