Privacy policy

1. Controller and purposes

Controller: INDYWEB (representative: 이강혁). We use inquiries only to contact you, discuss project scope, prepare estimates, and handle related disputes.

2. Information collected

Required: name, telephone number, inquiry message, selected service and consent. Optional: company, email, current website and requested package. Referrer and advertising campaign parameters may also be stored. An IP hash may be used for abuse prevention.

3. Retention

Ordinary contact and quotation inquiries have a confirmed retention period of exactly 365 days from each submission. Records that must be retained for contractual, tax, legal or dispute purposes may be excepted. Although the database contains a guarded deletion mechanism, its automatic execution is disabled pending review of backups, emailed copies and preservation exceptions. Expired records therefore require separate operational review and deletion; automatic deletion on day 365 is not currently provided.

4. Service providers and overseas processing

Supabase provides the inquiry database in the Singapore region (ap-southeast-1); inquiry contact details, message and form metadata are transferred via encrypted requests for consultation and quotation handling. The confirmed 365-day general inquiry retention period is described above.

Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) is our active email notification processor. Name, phone, optional contact details, inquiry message, and notification delivery metadata are transmitted when the form is submitted. Resend states that message content and related account/delivery data are stored in the United States, regardless of the selected Tokyo sending region. Processor retention and post-termination deletion terms are governed by its policies and remain subject to final review.

Vercel hosts and processes website requests. The production contact function currently runs in Washington, D.C., United States (iad1); CDN delivery locations may vary by visitor. Contractual and legal requirements for this overseas processing remain under review.

You may use alternative contact methods if you do not want to submit an online inquiry. Online submission may not be available without required overseas processing. The full legally required details and legal basis for overseas transfers are under final review.

5. Your rights and security

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data by contacting our support email. We restrict database access, use encrypted transport and review handling procedures.

6. Analytics and changes

Advertising analytics may be introduced later with accompanying privacy disclosures and required consent or controls.
