Terms for requests for quotes and initial consultations on the INDYWEB website.
Policy status: inquiry retention is fixed at 365 days; automatic deletion procedures and overseas processing requirements are under final review.
1. Requests and estimates
Displayed prices are proposed starting prices excluding Korean VAT. A quote or order request does not create a paid contract or charge. The final scope and price are agreed separately in writing.
2. Technical work and rights
The client must be authorized to provide access to existing code, content and data. Deliverables, licensing, revision limits, and maintenance are specified in the individual agreement.
3. Cancellation and support
Cancellation or refund for separately contracted work follows the signed agreement and applicable law.
